		<description>This exercise looks similar to the one that was recommended by my chiropractor, except my Chiro thought it to me without the machine to help. So I may need to step it up and get on that machine to make it more effective and strengthen my upper back more. The chiropractor recommended it to me, because I have been on the computer alot... and have been having back problems, heh.</description>
