When I saw the title for this exercise I was a bit curious to what exactly it was going to work out. If you work out at a gym, this is an easy exercise to incorporate. It uses the tricep rope which I like using when I work out.
Craig Ballantyne demonstrates below. It’s a simple move and works your upper back and shoulders.

Thanks for the video. Looks simple but effective. Always good to learn some new exercises.
This exercise looks similar to the one that was recommended by my chiropractor, except my Chiro thought it to me without the machine to help. So I may need to step it up and get on that machine to make it more effective and strengthen my upper back more. The chiropractor recommended it to me, because I have been on the computer alot… and have been having back problems, heh.
