This is the first post for my new interval training blog. I decided to dedicate a blog to interval training because after implementing intervals into my own workouts, I became an instant fan. There are so many awesome benefits to using them and I will do my best to cover them all in future posts.
I hope that other fitness oriented people will discover this blog and share their interests in interval training and fitness in general.

Ah, looks like I get to do the honors as the first commenter on this site! As a distance runner in high school, I developed a special love/hate relationship with intervals. They were intense, but definitely paid dividends. I still do them from time to time, but have been lifting weights more since high school.
