		<description>Ah, looks like I get to do the honors as the first commenter on this site! As a distance runner in high school, I developed a special love/hate relationship with intervals. They were intense, but definitely paid dividends. I still do them from time to time, but have been lifting weights more since high school. 

Seeing this site takes me back :)</description>
