12 Minute Push-Ups and Dumbbell Swings

Here is part 3 of Craig Ballantyne's "12 Minute Workout" series. This set includes two types of push-ups: close-hand and regular as well as two types of dumbbell swings: one-hand swings and two-hand swings. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds, rest for a minute or two after one rotation and repeat for 2 or 3 more times until you reach 12 minutes.
