15 Minute Hotel Room Workout – Seriously!

Permalink | No Comments

I know people who travel a lot on business and many times there aren’t fitness facilities available in the hotel or in the area. This is where bodyweight exercises really come in handy. This workout demonstration below outlines a bodyweight circuit that you can do in very little space. The circuit should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

After you see what you can accomplish in such a minimal amount of space, you will see that you have no excuse not to exercise on a regular basis. Combine a bodyweight circuit like this with a healthy diet and there is no reason why you can’t lose weight and get strong at the same time.

Without further ado, check out this fat burning bodyweight routine video below:

Extreme Bodyweight Video with the Bar-Barians

Happy Friday everyone! I just wanted to share another amazing video that demonstrates the strength that can be attained just from using your own bodyweight. Of course, the guys in this video are really strong and have been training for years so don’t expect to jump on a bar and do the same.

However, it does prove that you can get an amazing workout simply using your own bodyweight as resistance. If you are not that strong, no worries. Start off simple with push-ups and pull-ups. Consistency and time will develop your strength.

Besides that, imagine how much fat you are burning when you create interval training routines! Check out the video below and get motivated!

Awesome Bodyweight Cardio Routine

I am so impressed with the routine that Craig Ballantyne put together in the video below. Many people new to interval training are at a loss when it comes to combining exercises for a good cardio workout. What is great about body weight exercises is that there are so many of them, you will hardly ever run out of ways to mix up your routines.

The best part is that most of these exercises are so simple. Take for example exercises like the jumping jack, walking lunges, push-ups…these are exercises that have been used forever! Without further ado, check out the video below and see how you like this bodyweight cardio routine:

A 3-Minute Arm Workout?

Permalink | 2 Comments

What I love about interval training most is that you can get a lot done in a short amount of time which is demonstrated below in Craig Ballantyne’s 3-minute arm workout. You can do this workout at home provided you have dumbbells, a barbell, and tricep rope. However, it can be done just as easily at the gym.

As you can see from the video, you can get a great arm workout in a short amount of time while burning fat like crazy! Get full guidance from Craig’s Turbulence Training program.

Turbulence Training vs. Body for Life

I thought this article below written by Craig Ballantyne was an interesting comparison between his book “Turbulence Training” and the popular “Body for Life” book. Both programs are great and will help you if you put in the effort.

Recently I was down in sunny Mesa, Arizona at a seminar that
featured both Sir Richard Branson and Bill Phillips, the author of
the most popular fat loss book ever, “Body for Life” (BFL).

It looked as though Bill hadn’t aged a day since his book came out about 10 years ago, so he’s doing something right.

Now I get questions all the time asking what’s better, “Turbulence Training or Body for Life”?

Well, I’m going to be frank with you, and tell you that Turbulence Training is better, hands down.

Remember, BFL was written about 10 years ago. And a lot has changed since then. Granted, BFL had interval training in it, but it didn’t use bodyweight circuits (like you’ll find in your bonus workout, the TT DB-BW Fusion program).

These small changes and improvements we’ve learned in the last few years are enough to make the TT workouts shorter and better. So if you are stuck for time, you have no choice but to go with the program that is constantly being updated with the latest proven workout methods – and that’s the Turbulence Training program.

If you have an old copy of BFL lying around, then that might help you for now. But if you want to beat a fat loss plateau, then you’ll need all the help you can get, and that includes getting the latest fat loss info found in Turbulence Training.

(Plus, with Turbulence Training you get a lot more bonuses, and a lot less supplement advertising!)
