I was browsing around some of my favorite fitness sites and found the video below which is an awesome twist on the push-up. I’ve written before about the power of the push-up which is one of the basic exercises that should be incorporated into any interval routine when possible.
Check out the video below from Men’s Health. You will want to try this routine yourself. I am going to test it out. I’m sure I’ll be through before I get to five!

Wow. That looks tough. Would give it a try now but my chest is still aching from my workout…or at least that’s my excuse lol.
