Happy Friday everyone! I just wanted to share another amazing video that demonstrates the strength that can be attained just from using your own bodyweight. Of course, the guys in this video are really strong and have been training for years so don’t expect to jump on a bar and do the same.
However, it does prove that you can get an amazing workout simply using your own bodyweight as resistance. If you are not that strong, no worries. Start off simple with push-ups and pull-ups. Consistency and time will develop your strength.

Impressive video. I am guilty of focussing mainly on resistance training and as a result my performance in these exercises is generally poor. Whilst I never plan to give it enough focus to be as good in the guys in the video it is still an area I need to do some work on.
