I was browsing through fitness videos on YouTube and came across the video below which shows several body weight exercises. The video starts off with lower body movements, then to upper body, and finally core exercises. You can combine a few of each to create your own full-body interval training workout. Many of these exercises I have never seen so I’m looking forward to implementing a few myself.

Many of these exercises are considered advanced so know your own limits. I think I will try at least 10 or so reps for each one that I choose depending on the difficulty. It is an awesome video, check it out below:
