		<description>I&#039;ve done pushups in years.  I&#039;ve been solely focussed on using weights to build my strength for as long as I can remember.  I do want to improve on my bodyweight training in the future though.  It&#039;s always good to have bodyweight exercises as a workout tool because there may be times when you have no access to any equipment.</description>
