500 Bodyweight Reps Interval Routine

Before you even attempt the workout below you will need to be in good shape. It is an advanced interval workout that you will need to build up to in order to attempt it. However, you can modify the workout and reduce the repetitions to an amount that you can handle. I for sure can’t do 50 reps of any body weight exercise (yet) so I would modify it to maybe 12 - 15 reps for myself.

The workout below is called the Bodyweight 500 Challenge by Turbulence Trainer creator Craig Ballantyne. Craig releases some great interval workouts on YouTube and they are very effective. I know because I’ve tried them and I am exhausted afterwards. Check out the challenge below:
