Here is another great circuit by Craig Ballantyne which focuses on upper body work using dumbbells. What I really like about these workouts is that there is not a lot of equipment involved. Just a set of dumbbells and a bench which you can pick up at any sports store. This circuit can be repeated as many times as possible within 12 minutes.
