Is it possible to get a full body interval workout in just 10 minutes? Craig Ballentyne of Turbulence Training demonstrates that it is possible in his video below. What attracted me to interval training was the fact that you can get an effective workout in a short amount of time.

With a proper warm-up, you can work your upper body and lower body with a set of dumbbells and a bench. Check out the video below to see how it works:
